Rachael Harms is the Director and Founder of Grayson's Gifts. She and her husband, Ryan along with their 2 year old son, Grayson and dog, Piper live in West Des Moines. Rachael runs a successful real estate business and spends her free time serving on local boards. Her passion for adoption started at a young age. She knew she wanted to adopt a child when the time was right. After going through the adoption process she developed a new found respect for birth parents, adoptive parents, and adopted children. It's a new world with social media and constant contact and to navigate that as an adoptive parent has been uniquely challenging. Love makes a family and she wouldn't have it any other way.
